Every year, Chelsea Investment Corp. hosts a seminar at a trade event to highlight its expertise in affordable housing development. The client wanted the time, effort and costs for hosting the seminar to be offset by new relationships and business opportunities.

Margolin & Associates created a traditional direct mail campaign targeting conference attendees to encourage their sign up and participation. Additionally, we created an email campaign to prospective conference attendees, along with a web-based landing page to capture interest and sign-ups. As a result of this simple, inexpensive campaign, the client hosted 70 new and unexpected attendees, and is planning to run the campaign again next year.
